MatchIQ is a Chrome extension that helps users find their ideal Dubai neighborhood through AI-powered conversation on propertyfinder.ae.
MatchIQ does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require account creation or login.
When you use the MatchIQ chat, your messages are sent to our backend server (hosted on Vercel) which forwards them to OpenAI's API to generate neighborhood recommendations. Messages are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers. OpenAI's data usage policy applies to the processing of these messages — see OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
MatchIQ uses Chrome's local storage solely to save user preferences (such as display settings) on your device. This data never leaves your browser.
The extension only activates on propertyfinder.ae. It does not access, read, or modify data on any other website.
MatchIQ uses the following third-party service:
OpenAI API — to process chat messages and generate neighborhood recommendations. No personally identifiable information is intentionally sent to OpenAI. Only the text of your chat messages is transmitted.
MatchIQ does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties for any purpose.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
